Redeeming Your Sports Express^® Gift Card

If you have already created a profile at SportsExpress.com, enter your login and password. Otherwise, create one by clicking on Create a Profile.

To Redeem Your Card Online:

• When you are ready to begin your order, click on the “Start Order” icon at the top of the home page, or select one of the three Start Order options in the lower right-hand corner of the page.
• If you are purchasing a travel case or other retail items, Click the “Travel Cases” icon at the top of the page.
• When you reach the “Select Payment” page, simply choose “Gift Card”.
• When prompted for your Gift Card User Name and Gift Card Number, enter the corresponding information found on your E-Mail or Boxed Gift Card. (See example below.)
• If your order total exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, you can use a credit card to pay the balance.
• If the amount of your Gift Card exceeds the total amount of your order, the remainder will be credited to your Sports Express Account for use at a later time.

To Redeem Your Card Over The Phone:

• Have your Gift Card handy, so you can provide the Gift Card Number information located at the bottom of the Card.
• Contact us 7 days a week at 800.357.4174, and place your order with a friendly, professional Sports Express Travel Concierge™. 6 am – 6 pm (MST) Monday through Friday, and 8 am – 5 pm on weekends.
• Let them know that you have a Gift Card, and provide them with the Gift Card Number information from your E-Mail or Boxed Gift Card when asked. (See example below.)
• If your order total exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, you can use a credit card to pay the balance.
• If the amount of your Gift Card exceeds the total amount of your order, the remainder will be credited to your Sports Express Account for use at a later time.
