Yes. We ship to more than 200 foreign countries. Forwarding your luggage to an international destination is similar to a domestic shipment with the exception of additional information that is required for the customs clearance process. Depending on the destination, international shipments usually take between 5-9 business days.
Yes. Since your luggage will need to be cleared through customs, there are several pieces of information required. We will request this information in your booking confirmation. Upon receipt of this information, we will complete any necessary documentation your behalf. Once you receive your forwarding tags, all you will need to do it sign the required paperwork and attach your tag. Every country has different customs clearance processes and as a result the information that is required will vary by country.
We cannot send any kind of alcohol based products (including perfume) or aerosol products (including deodorants or hairsprays of this nature). Your luggage will have to clear customs in order to enter your destination country. Foreign custom officials require us to provide the contents of each suitcase. You will need to disclose this information for us to process your order. Omitted items could cause delays.
Foreign customs officials do not have access to the locks. Only representatives in the United States have access to these locks and sometimes that access is limited. Locking your bag for an international order could cause a delay in some countries and will definitely cause a delay in countries that require an inspection.
