In July 2009, Sports Express was acquired by Luggage Forward, Inc. We are in the process of transferring affiliate account from Sports Express to Luggage Forward and we will contact all existing affiliates to introduce them to the Luggage Forward. In the meantime, if you have a client that is ready to book we encourage you to sing up for Luggage Forward's affiliate program where you will be eligible to earn 10% commission on every order you refer our way. The user, acting as an authorized representative of your company, hereafter referred to as “The Company”, agrees to enter into an affiliate relationship with Sports Express LLC, dba Sports Express. The affiliate relationship consists of “The Company” using appropriate methods of its own choosing, to promote to its clients/guests luggage and sports equipment delivery services provided by Sports Express. These methods may include, but are not limited to:

Distribution, Sports Express collateral material, provided by Sports Express upon request
Placement(s) and link(s), using a unique, trackable URL address, provided by Sports Express when available to allow tracking of orders generated by the link.
Placements in electronic and/or traditional marketing campaigns
Press release announcements or other pr efforts
Inclusion in call center / reservation agent scripts
Inclusion in Concierge information base
Inclusion in lodging / activity / travel packages

“The Company” –
Has no obligation to use specific methods or channels, but will, in good faith, attempt to distribute information about Sports Express and its products and services to its customers through appropriate and agreed upon methods. Interested customers will be referred to the Sports Express Web site or call center for booking.
Will allow Sports Express to use “The Company’s” name and/or logo in promotional and advertising materials, subject to written approval.
Agrees that the use of Sports Express products and services is governed by the Sports Express Terms of Use Agreement.
Sports Express –
Will pay “The Company” $10 commission per order for each referred order booked through the Sports Express call center or online at www.SportsExpress.com. The booking party must indicate a source linked to “The Company’s” account in the “How Did You Hear About Us?” field of the booking process.
Commission statements will be mailed at the end of each quarter, after an order is completed.
Will supply “The Company” with collateral material within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed two weeks, following a request. Requests may be made emailed to marketing@SportsExpress.com.
The Terms and Conditions contained in this Sports Express Service Guide supersede all previous Terms and Conditions, amendments, supplements, and other prior statements concerning the rates and conditions of Sports Express service to which these Terms and Conditions apply. Sports Express reserves the right to unilaterally modify, amend, change or supplement the Sports Express Service Guide and these Terms and Conditions including, but not limited to, the rates, services, and features of service without notice.
