through Sports Express is guaranteed to deliver when we said it would, regardless
of customs delays. Others do not consider customs delays as part of the

experience. Each delivery is personally monitored by a Travel Concierge

the destination to confirm your item was delivered to the correct location.

is arranged and looked after by a Sports Express Travel Concierge. If we
see a delivery might deliver late, we’ll expedite it free of charge
so that it delivers on time. We can do this because we have special teams
assigned to us at the carriers as a result of the volume we move. You wouldn’t
have recourse to this if you were doing it yourself. If our special team
at the carrier can’t have the item expedited, we’ll go so far
as to hire a private courier to ensure your items arrive when we promised
they would. And, as a safety net, you receive a performance guarantee that
you won’t receive if you go directly through a transportation carrier.
